We offer a 30-day return window for new items ordered from our official website https://www.bljcosmetics.com/ and verified TikTok Shop channel.

For returns to be processed, goods must arrive back in their original unused and unopened state, with all original tags attached and full original packaging preserved. A receipt or purchase confirmation is required for all return submissions. After we approve your return request, you will receive a return shipping label plus step-by-step guidance for sending your order back. Packages returned without a submitted return authorization will be declined.

Kindly be advised that all gift cards and select limited-edition merchandise from our site are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Refunds Policy
